 가장 쉬운 계산법

                   (여자)     

                    ex) 키가 160일 경우 = 160(키) - 110 = 50kg          (10대~20대)

                                                     160(키) - 100 *0.9 = 54kg   (30대~40대)

                                                     160(키) - 100*0.93 = 56kg  (50대 이후)

                   (남자)

                    ex) 키가 173일 경우 = 173(키) -110 = 63kg           (10대~  )

                                                     173(키) -100 *0.9 = 66kg    (20대~  )

                                                     173(키) -100 *0.93 = 68kg  (30대~  )
